This vinegar is terrific. I put a little in a shot glass to sniff it and taste it. You could also St drink it as an aperitif! It is beautifully balanced, not too sweet and just the right amount of tartness. I could use this in a number of ways. I encourage you to get a bottle. I'm buyin 3 more for the kids, and another for myself.
