Piave
The name Piave comes from the Piave River located in the Italian region of Belluno. It is made from pasteurized cow milk from cows grazing the extremely fertile Piave River Valley. Its dense texture and straw-yellow color complimented by a slightly sweet taste makes this cheese unique.
