Adamas Caviar "Black" is fresh Italian Caviar made by Acipenser Baerii sturgeon, also known as Siberian Sturgeon, processed with the traditional “Malossol” method. Malossol is a Russian word that means "little salt." It describes the salting process used to increase the shelf life of the highly perishable fish roe. The salt content of 3-5% is ideal not only to preserve the roe but also to enhance the product natural flavors. The term Malossol usually refers to high-quality caviar with a fresh taste and not over-salted. Our caviar is delicate and elegant with a final aromatic touch.
