Great Manhattan cherries

These are really good as an alternative to the Luxardo cherries in a Manhattan. The container is also really nice.
The one and only

This is what I grew up with. The cherries are slightly tart, and the syrup is not overly sweet. It is perfect for topping ice cream, custard pies, cheesecakes, and for baking (chop a few for pound cakes, muffins, you name it). I have tried other products and there is absolutely no comparison. They do not need to be refrigerated. To avoid mold, be sure to use a clean spoon and close the jar tightly. The price here in the US is far higher than in Italy, but it's worth every penny. A little bit goes a long way. You can also use the syrup to flavor drinks.
Great in a Manhattan!

Bought these to go with the cherry Pannetone made by Amarena Fabri. Also tried them in our Manhattans, for which we usually use Luxardo cherries. Found these to be great as well, perhaps slightly lighter in color and a hint more of a flavor of Marachino. It makes a great cocktail cherry overall over the American version.
Amarene Fabbri cherries...the best

You will never make a Manhattan nor eat ice cream without these cherries in the future. They are tasty, luscious and make maraschino cherries ashamed for their fake taste. These are so worth it, you must try them!
