Having no experience with excellent cheese such as this, it took me awhile to figure out how to get it open! I laughed at myself after.

THIS IS EXCELLENT cheese!

We love the provolone. It is a young cheese in a ball about 4" in diameter with a rope around it so that the cheese can be hung. We like the way it is packaged.
