Just bought the Hot Coppa and received it today. I've never bought or eaten this style of meat ,so I was both anticipating and wondering if I'd like it. Tested my new meat slicer on it and thought I cut fairly thin .Not!! Need to shave it almost.My husband graciously ate his sandwich and soup with not a word. I'm learning how to enjoy far different foods as well as prepare them. It was good but ,as I said different. It'll take a little getting used to. I can always chew on a thicker slice as I drive!
