Imported from the UK, this Double Devon Cream is a little more creamy and less buttery than clotted cream. The thickness of the cream is luscious and are best described as a cross between whipped cream and butter. It's made from pasteurized cream separated from cow's milk and has a fat content of 48%. This buttery spread is perfect on scones, pie, muffins, fresh fruit and as a gourmet ingredient in desserts.

Some separation of the cream may occur in storage. Just stir well before serving. Before opening, this product can be stored in a cool place, unopened, without refrigeration and for six months. Once opened, must refrigerate in order to preserve the remainder for up to two weeks.
