Grana Padano Wedges - 7 oz (200 grams)
Grana Padano is a semi-hard cheese made from unpasteurized, semi-skimmed cow’s milk. The milk is put in large pots made of copper. It is allowed to ferment a bit before being added to the milk.
The cheese has a distinctive and persistent taste. Though similar to Parmigiano Reggiano, it is less crumbly and milder.
