Poverty-stricken people gathered leftover burnt flour and transformed it into use for food. This Paccheri Italian pasta uses grano arso to recreate the dish and bring out the burnt flavor and aroma. Grano Arso Paccheri pasta is excellent with sauces, seasonings, meat, and seafood. The tube shape allows sauces and seasons to be stuffed with or the pasta can be served flat with everything on top.
