Porchetta, a famous and high-class gourmet good,is a product that emerged in Italy, during the Middle Ages
Porchetta is a savory, fatty, and moist boneless pork roast of Italian culinary tradition. The body of the pig is gutted, deboned, arranged carefully with layers of stuffing, meat, fat, and skin, then rolled, spitted, and roasted, traditionally over wood. Porchetta is usually heavily salted in addition to being stuffed with garlic, rosemary, fennel, or often wild.
Directions: The porchetta is already cooked and ready to eat. Slice and microwave it for only 2 or 3 seconds, depending on the size of the slice.
Make sure to keep the remaining porchetta refrigerated and wrapped very tightly. Do not freeze.
Made by the Italians, using Italian recipes, in the USA. Producer:Cioli

Excellent product, arrived ready to go. Held together well.
Everyone enjoyed it.
Reheated in the oven slowly at 300 tented for an hour then uncovered at 400 for an hour to crisp it up.
I'd reccomend they add oven reheat instructions as I dont think microwaving this is the way to go.

I have made my own porchetta and this is as good, with no work! You will not be disappointed. There was a delivery problem (caused by FedEx) and Supermarket Italy was incredibly responsive. My only complaint is that product did not come with cooking instructions.
