Italian Prosciutto "Colori e Sapori" - 14 lbs
Italian Prosciutto "Colori e Sapori"
As soon as you open the packaging, you will know you are about to eat something special. The intense aroma from the "Colori e Sapori" will fill the room and the first taste will transport you to an Italian paradise. Slice after slice of this sweet, delicate ham proves the notion that perfection can be attained. After hundreds of years of prosciutto production, Italian farmers have perfected their method. They skillfully and carefully dry, salt, and age the ham until it has reached exquisiteness. The "Colori e Sapori" 's divine taste and texture is only trumped by its versatility when it comes to its many uses; slice it thin and serve it with melon and fresh figs, slice it a little thicker and put it in bread along with mozzarella and sun-dried tomatoes making a "panino" sandwich, or serve it on a plate with tomato, lettuce and olive oil for a healthy snack, or just slice it and enjoy it by itself. Come up with many different dishes as the possibilities are endless. There is nothing more exquisite than a "colori e sapori" whole prosciutto placed on a cutting board in the middle of the dinner table.

Do not buy WalMart Prosciutto!
Posted by Unknown on 24th Mar 2018
I only gave this 4 stars because I grew up eating some of the best Prosciutto ever crafted! Made by my Nonno Bruno. This is by FAR better than anything found at your local super mart. Is it the best out there? No. But a perfect combination of quality and price. I believe my Grand Father would say the same. This order will be my 3rd to date. I have been happy with purchase's and will continue to enjoy it thinly sliced on some fresh bread garden fresh tomato, maybe some fruit, a glass of wine. Ok, I am ordering now!

I received this product within 4 days
of shipping from New Jersey to California . Best quality for the price, not to mention free shipping. I would recommend this product to anyone who likes charcuterie.

1st one purchased was for us..... then ordered another as a Christmas Gift. They absolutely loved it! We used to purchase our Prosciutto from Costco - this one is far better and lean. We cut the Prosciutto in 4 pieces, stored three in cheese cloth (bottom of our fridge - as we do not have a cellar). Works out perfect
Never eating prosciutto again...

This prosciutto is so good. We ate sooo much while slicing it last week that I'm going to have a hard time eating it again soon. (Just kidding, had some an hour ago). I have nothing bad to say. Will definitely reorder in the future.
True Italian prosciutto in every sense

Price is not the issue ..it's the amazing flavor equal to hams 3 times more $$..this is my second Italy colori prosciutto from super market italy..
as they go fast ..as the addicting flavor plain or cooked is tops ...and quality always perfect .
slice by hand thin and enjoy ..
always drizzle best olive oil on slice .
Couldn't be more satisfied.

It was the first time I have ordered this product. I was a little concerned because of the lower price than other name brands which I have tried them all. I was very surprised and very satisfied. It was better than most including Volpi and Danielle, and every bit as good as Parma. I will definitely order again and again.
Great Prosciutto at a Great Price

Very happy with this purchase. My Italian wife loves it & so do I. Sweet and delicate, you won't find better in this price range. I have paid a lot more for prosciutto, but I didn't have to. Will definitely buy this one again.
Prosciutto To Die For.. aka "Colori e Sapori"
Posted by Claudio on 19th Oct 2015
This prosciutto is better then Volpi, better then San Daneile,,
but no, it is not as good as Prosciutto Di Parma,, but let me tell you this, for the money this prosciutto is excellent. I come from Istria where we know how to make really good prosciutto, and this prosciutto is right up there with the kind my grandfather used to make back in the day ,, un pretentious, not overly cured or salted, just fine sweet prosciutto taste... great with some bread and a good bottle of Tuscany red wine ..!
