Having spent some time in the Basque region of France, we were looking for that particular type of long pepper found in every selection of pintxos. These peppers, while being smaller than those found in that region, and while not being exactly inexpensive based on the size of the container, have a perfectly authentic flavor. And speaking of the size, one advantage is that each pepper is exactly one bite... I highly recommend these, it's just that I wish I could buy them by the gallon (which is why I ordered five containers the first time, and will order fifteen the next time!)
