Not too salty or too much smoke.
Aged to perfection for 18 months.

I cannot say enough about the quality of this parma prosciuutto.i have bought many hams before but this one is the best so far. if you don't have a slicer big enough to handle this ham, get one and enjoy the real quality taste of italy.

I sent this prosciutto as an early Christmas gift to my parents Just after Thanksgiving. They were thrilled just with the gift, but now that they've sliced it they are even happier! They said that the taste is magnificent and not salty. Mom is saving the skin and fat that was trimmed before slicing for other cooking ventures and dad is just enjoying the prosciutto as is. Luckily, a family friend has a meat slicer big enough to handle the job. I won't hesitate to buy another next time I need a gift for them! The two-day shipping was great and customer service was fantastic when I called with questions.

I am from Italy and have had a lot of prosciutto. This tastes just like we used to make in Calabria. I highly recommend this product. My entire family loved it! And you will too. I will definitely will be buying it again.

It is difficult to find a Prosciutto in the US which is similar to what my parents are used to coming from Croatia. I was excited to find this one and I bought it for them for Christmas. It is what they were looking for, but did not think they would ever experience again. One thing that is noticeable is that it is not as salty as others. I recommend it.
