Made from sheep's milk, Pecorino Romano is a hard, sharp cheese that is often grated. However, this pecorino is so delicious that it can be enjoyed simply by slicing and eating. Makes a great companion to red wine, often before dinner as a snack or appetizer.

Genuine locatelli. Enjoying with Serrano ham and membrillo(quince paste). Delizioso !
