Shipping & Returns
All of our products are shipped directly from our warehouse in northern New Jersey using UPS or USPS.
We offer three choices for shipping: Ground Service (Standard), 2-3 day (Priority), and Next Day (Express). If an expedited shipping method is chosen your order will be prioritized before all other standard shipping orders and will ship usually within 24 hrs. Please be aware that weekends do not count as a transit day so if an order is shipped via Next Day delivery on Friday, it will arrive on Monday. We also have the right to choose whichever shipping method is efficient for us to get your order by the expected date even if it differs from the one that is selected. Please note that any areas that are considered "rural" could take an extra business day to arrive.
Any order placed with standard shipping can take 1-4 business days for your order to process and be shipped out. However, please note that using this delivery service does not guarantee delivery dates.
Perishable Shipping: All perishable products are ice packed, cryo-vacked, and packed with insulation, in an air tight bag. In order to ensure the utmost freshness, it is strongly recommended that Next Day / Air Shipping (depending on your location) be selected on all perishable items, especially our gourmet cheeses. While perishables are insulated, shipping perishable items by ground to warm-weather locations will be at your own risk. All select perishable items will incur a different shipping rate, which is automatically included during check-out.
NOTE: If any perishable item takes more than 3 days to arrive, please contact us immediately. We will issue a return label and send a replacement.
All orders typically leave our warehouse around 5pm Monday - Friday (excluding Holidays).

*When perishable and non-perishable items are purchased together, both rates will be combined and automatically reflected in the total shipping charges during check out. When only perishable items or only non-perishable items are purchased, only the respective single flat rate charge will apply during check out.
We offer shipping to Hawaii and Alaska via USPS. Please note that we do not ship via UPS outside the continental United States.

We 100% guarantee that all our products, perishable and non-perishable, will arrive in the best quality and conditions if you choose 2nd Day or Next Day shipping. Any items you deem unsatisfactory due to damage or freshness can be sent back with a full refund including shipping costs.
Please do not discard any items you wish to file a complaint about and please refrigerate any perishable goods until we can properly respond and instruct as to the next steps. If no complaint is filed within 3 days of your perishable item's arrival, then no return is possible.
Please contact us first about your complaint to get approval before returning any item. Any perishable products shipped with ground shipping are shipped at your own risk. Please be aware of temperature conditions and check our shipping page to calculate your expected shipping time. If an incorrect address has been submitted to us or if the customer was not responsible in picking up their package at the post office or with UPS; the customer will be held liable if their order is returned back to us. If this situation occurs the order will be processed as a return and the order will be refunded minus the shipping cost and a 15% restocking fee. Any perishable orders that have been damaged because of a return will not be refunded. Please be attentive when your orders go out and be sure to always track your package as it ships.
