Why is Decaf Italian Coffee Better?

Researchers at the University of British Columbia and the Harvard School of Medicine studied the effects of decaf Italian coffee on men with respect to the chances of gout. 3. Diabetes Type 2
Consumption of decaffeinated Italian coffee reduces the chances of developing diabetes type 2. Diabetes type 2 is a condition where your pancreas fails to generate adequate levels of insulin or your cells fail to react to the insulin hormones. This type of diabetes increases the risks of health issues in your body such as chronic inflammation, kidney failure and cardiovascular diseases. In a 2009 study, the scientists at University of Sydney revealed the effects of decaffeinated Italian coffee suggesting those individuals who consumed decaf coffee were actually less likely to develop such a diabetic condition.
