A delicate specialty from the southwest region of France, this mousse is made with Duck foie gras, duck liver and duck meat elegantly combined, then sweetened with fresh grapes, raisins and Sauternes wine.
Sizes: 8 oz
Pairing: Pair with a dry, sparkling white wine or a light to medium-bodied red wine.
Serving: Slice on a dry surface using a chef’s knife. Keep knife wiped clean between slices. Keep loaf wrapped tightly in plastic film.
